This two-year program teaches students various tasks and skills required for employment in real estate sales and marketing.

Students will gain advanced knowledge and skills in the area of real estate, the law of agency, the law of contracts, the use of promulgated forms, and real estate finance. Students analyze the elements of a real estate transaction, including representation, financing, title, closing, and deeds. This course allows students to reinforce, apply, and transfer academic knowledge and skills to a variety of interesting and relevant principles of real estate. In this Texas Real Estate Commission-sanctioned school, students will take six real estate qualifying courses to apply for the real estate sales agent license.
